Mid-install on Android

Kingbilly Casino APK, installed step by step

Work through these four steps and the Kingbilly Casino APK will be sitting on your home screen.

Site open in Chrome
Open the Kingbilly Casino site in Chrome on your Android phone and check that the address bar shows the secure padlock before you go further.
Waiting for the 52 MB file
Tap the Android download button and let the 52 MB file save; the progress bar in your notifications tells you when it is complete.
Allow this source once
Open Settings, then Apps, then Special access, and switch on installs from your browser; this allowance is one-time and worth turning off afterwards.
Kingbilly Casino lands on Android
Tap the finished file in your downloads and confirm the install prompt; Kingbilly Casino appears with its own icon when the bar fills.
Get past the stall

Clear the blockage and play

Kingbilly Casino keeps support open around the clock, so a stuck install is never a dead end.

Restart the stalled download
Most stalls come from a weak signal or a browser dropping the 52 MB file partway through. You will notice the bar sits in the same spot for minutes.
Switch to Wi-Fi and start again
Close other tabs using data
Allow the browser as a source
Android blocks side-loaded packages until you permit that one source. The screen stays greyed out with a warning about unsafe files instead of showing the install button.
Allow the browser as a source
Approve it in settings once
A blank screen fixed fast
A blank screen usually means the cached files from an older build are clashing with 4.8.2. You get a white window that never reaches the lobby, even on fast Wi-Fi.
Clear the app cache in settings
Reopen after a full close
Get back into your account
Sign-in fails when the password saved on your phone is out of date. The app bounces you back to the email screen with no error message you can read.
Request a reset link by email
Clear saved passwords and retry
On iPhone or iPad

Kingbilly Casino for Apple devices

Read this once and you will know whether to use the App Store or the Safari Home Screen.

Tap and the store opens
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and search the name, or tap the iPhone button on the casino site and let the store page open for you.
Press Get and wait
Press Get and confirm with your Apple account; the 52 MB download starts, so keep the phone on Wi-Fi until the icon appears.
Add the web app instead
Tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen, for a 0 MB web app that opens full screen and needs no store at all.
Alerts on your own terms
Answer the notification prompt however you like, because the casino app works fully whether you allow alerts or skip them.

Seven quick answers

Straight answers before you install

Covers the login, the size, the cost and the licence behind the app.

trustWhat if I already have an account on the website?+
Your existing login carries straight over. One account covers the app, the browser and the Home Screen version, so your balance and loyalty tier follow you. Duplicate sign-ups get closed, so keep using the same email address.
trustCan I check how much room the app takes before installing?+
Both builds sit at 52 MB, so allow a little extra for updates. Android needs 7.0 or higher and iPhone needs iOS 14 or higher. If storage is tight, the web app version takes 0 MB.
trustWhy does the app not cost anything?+
Downloading is free on both stores, and nothing is charged for keeping it installed. Money only moves when you deposit, starting at A$8. Payments run through Visa, Mastercard, PayID, POLi, Skrill or Neteller.
trustWhy does the app look stretched on my iPad?+
The iOS build runs on iPad and tablets through iOS 14 or higher, though layout is tuned for phones. On a larger screen, add the web app in Safari for a roomier view of all 7,226 games.
trustCan I silence the app's alerts?+
Yes, and it takes seconds. Turn off notifications in your phone's settings for the app; the account itself is untouched. Anything urgent still reaches you through live chat, email or phone, day or night.
trustDo I need extra software to install the APK?+
No extra tools are needed. You allow your browser as an install source once, then the 52 MB file from the casino site loads like any app. Keep the 4.6-rated build updated from Google Play afterwards.
trustWhy should I check the licence before installing?+
Kingbilly Casino N.V. holds licence OGL/2011/6768/956 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, company number 467432, and has traded since 2011. Audits come from eCOGRA and BMM Testlabs, with 256-bit SSL on every session.
